FIVE MILE (ZONE 2)
The northern boundary starts at the corner of Indian Trail Road and Strong Road. From Strong Rd, it follows the city limits zig-zaging off-road to Lincoln Road, then pursues Five Mile Road north to Strong Road once again. After that, it zig-zags cross-country northeast to Johansen Road. The eastern border is also the city limits, a portion of which is off-road, but includes Dawn Avenue, Kensington Drive and the part of Northview Court that is north of Strong Road. Cedar Road and Cedar Street make up the rest of the eastern edge. Francis Avenue defines the southern perimeter and Indian Trail Road the western.

NORTH NEVADA STREET / LINCOLN ROAD (ZONE 3)
Francis Avenue is the Southern edge. The city limits outlines the western, northern and eastern boundaries. To the west and north, this is Division Street to Westview Avenue, then Highway 2 to Hawthorne. To the east, not all of the city limits are defined by streets. The northeast corner is Nevada and Hawthorne. The eastern border extends south along Nevada, with a jog to the east that includes Westview Court and Morton Court, then back south on Nevada to Magnesium Road. From Magnesium Road, the edge extends south along Crestline to Bruce Avenue, then south on Smith Steet to Francis.

JOE ALBI STADIUM / NORTH SPOKANE RIVER
(ZONE 4)
The southern edge is TJ Meenach Drive and the Spokane River. (It includes Downriver Golf Course.) To the west, the boundary is the river north to Wellesley where it takes a compass north at Hartley Street on the eastern side of Fairmont Cementary. At the north side of the cementary, the perimeter jogs west to Catherine Street, north to Holyoke Avenue, west to Conestoga Street, north to past Lyons Court, west to Rifle Club Road, then to Aubrey L White Parkway, which is trailed north to the northern city limits. The city limits is also cross-country, starting south of Bryson Road. The eastern margin is Nine Mile Road and Driscoll Blvd. until Wellesley. From Wellesley, it follows Northwest Blvd to "H" Street where it tags Columbia Circle south to Riverview Drive. It connects with Grace Avenue just prior to ending at TJ Meenach Drive.

AUDUBON PARK / WEST ROWAN AVENUE (ZONE 5)
The northern edge is Francis Avenue. Alberta is the eastern boundary until Driscoll Blvd., where the border jogs east one block to Cochran Street. To the south, the perimeter is defined by one block of Grace Avenue, then it tags Riverview Drive around to Northwest Blvd. and north to Wellesley. At Wellesley, the western margin continues to Francis Avenue.

SHADLE PARK / DRUMHELLER SPRINGS (ZONE 6)
To the north is Francis Avenue. To the east, north of Wellesley, the boundary is Monroe Street. South of Wellesley, it is Maple Street. Northwest Blvd. edges the south. The western border is outlined by Cochran Street to Driscoll Blvd., then Alberta to Francis.

FRANKLIN PARK / GLASS PARK / GARLAND DISTRICT (ZONE 7)
Francis Avenue lies to the north. To the east, the section line is Division Street above Wellesley, then Nevada Street until Empire, after which it returns to Division Street until Gray Court. The southern boundary runs along Gray Court to Normandie, then follows Glass Avenue to Post Street. At this point it drops to the bottom of the hill and pursues Cora Avenue west to Madison Street, Alice Avenue to Cedar Street, then Cora Avenue to Maple Street. The west side of the section south of Wellesley is edged by Maple Street. North of Wellesley it is bordered by Monroe Street.

NORTH HILLYARD / NORTHTOWN (ZONE 8)
The northern boundary is Francis Avenue. Havana Street outlines the east. The southern border is defined by Wellesley Avenue and the eastern by Division Street.

SOUTH HILLYARD / ESMERALDA GOLF COURSE
(ZONE 9)
Wellesley Avenue borders the north side of this section from Nevada Street to Morrill Street where Wabash Avenue becomes the northern line for a short distance until Custer Street. The line pursues the city limits at Valley Springs Road, then cross-country south and east to Minnehaha Park and Havana Street. Upriver Drive outlines the southern margin The western edge is Greene Street at Upriver Drive, but it follows the arterial to Market Street. The boundary then runs along the Garland/Empire arterial to Nevada Street.

AVISTA / ILLINOIS AVENUE (ZONE 10)
The northern edge is the Empire/Garland Avenue arterial from Nevada Street to Market Street. The Market/Greene street arterial lines the eastern side. Mission Avenue defines the southern edge and the Hamilton/Nevada Street arterial the western margin.

NORTH FOOTHILL / CORBIN PARK (ZONE 11)
The Hamilton/Nevada Street arterial outlines the eastern boundary. Indiana and Northwest Blvd. define the southern edge. To the west, the section is bordered by Maple Street. The northern margin starts below the hill at Maple Street and Cora Avenue, and runs to Cedar Street where it drops to Alice Avenue. At Post Street, the border ascends the hill to Glass Avenue, which it then follows to Normandie Street where it shifts to Gray Court. From Division Street to Nevada Street, the line is Empire Avenue.

WEST CENTRAL / PEACEFUL VALLEY / FORT WRIGHT (ZONE 12)
The eastern edge is Northwest Blvd. and Maple Street; the southern is Riverside Avenue to Government Way. From Government Way, the boundary follows the city limits cross-country through the Riverside Memorial Cemetery and back to Government Way. At Houston Road, the border crosses the river to Downriver Drive which it runs along to TJ Meenach Drive and then up to Northwest Blvd.

NORTH CENTRAL / COURTHOUSE (ZONE 13)
The northern border is Northwest Blvd. and Indiana Avenue. Washington Street lies along the eastern margin. Spokane Falls Blvd. outlines the southern boundary until Monroe, then Riverside Avenue defines it until Maple Street. The western edge is Maple Street.

GONZAGA (ZONE 14)
Indiana Avenue defines the northern edge and Hamilton Street the eastern. Trent Avenue and Spokane Falls Blvd. lie along the southern margin. Washington Street borders the west.

TRENT CORRIDOR (ZONE 15)
The margin on the west is Hamilton Street. From Hamilton, the northern boundary is Mission Avenue until Greene Street, then Upriver Drive until Park Road. The eastern border zig-zags along the edge of Felts Field to Rutter Avenue, then runs south on Fancher Road to Railroad Avenue, after which it trails south on Havana to Sprague Avenue. The southern edge is Sprague Avenue.

EAST CENTRAL / LIBERTY & UNDERHILL PARKS
(ZONE 16)
Sprague Avenue defines the northern boundary and Havana Street the eastern. 17th Avenue lines the southern edge between Havana and Ray Street. The southern border then follows 11th Avenue, with a jog at Altamont Blvd., to 9th Avenue. The western side is Arthur Street to the Hamilton/Freeway interchange, which it runs along until it reaches Sprague Avenue.

EAST DOWNTOWN / ST. LUKES (ZONE 17)
The Northern edge is Trent Avenue between Browne Street and Hamilton Street. The eastern margin is Hamilton Street, the Hamilton/Freeway interchange, and Arthur Street. From Arthur, the Southern boundary follows 13th Avenue until Southeast Blvd., then 10th Avenue and Sumner Avenue until Grand Blvd. To the west, Grand Blvd. turns into McClellan Street and, at 7th Avenue, Browne Street becomes the boundary.

WEST DOWNTOWN / CLIFF PARK (ZONE 18)
West of Monroe, the northern boundary is Riverside Avenue. East of Monroe, it is Spokane Falls Blvd. The eastern border is Browne Street to 7th Avenue, then McClellan to Grand Blvd. The southern line is 14th Avenue. From 14th Avenue, the western edge follows Cedar Street to Walnut Place to Maple Street to Riverside.

BROWN'S ADDITION / COMSTOCK & MANITO PARKS (ZONE 19)
Starting at Government Way, the northern margin runs along Riverside until Maple Street. Moving south along Maple Street, Walnut Place and Cedar Street, the northern border then turns east along 14th Avenue. The eastern line is Grand Blvd. between 14th Avenue and 29th Avenue, then Bernard Street south of 29th. The southwestern limit is High Drive. At 17th Avenue, the boundary follows the rim of the cliff north to I-90, then west to Government Way.

ROCKWOOD BOULEVARD / ALTAMONT BOULEVARD (ZONE 20)
East from Grand Blvd., the northern edge follows Sumner Avenue and 10th Avenue then flows into Southeast Blvd. From there it skips onto 13th Avenue and over to Arthur Street. Moving a few blocks north, it runs along 9th Avenue, jogs at Altamont Blvd., then tags 11th Avenue. The eastern line between 11th Avenue and 17th Avenue is Ray Street. Next, the boundary trips along one block of Perry Street before Southeast Blvd. is joined again. The boulevard is the southeast border. 29th Avenue is the southern margin and Grand Blvd. is the western.

SOUTH RAY CORRIDOR (ZONE 21)
The northern line is 17th Avenue. The eastern edge is Havana Street until about 35th Avenue where it follows the city limits cross-country, surrounding Morrill Drive and other streets. The southern boundary is 37th Avenue. To the west, Regal Street is the border between 37th Avenue and 29th Avenue. North of 29th, the margin runs along Southeast Blvd. to Perry Street then one block to 17th Ave.

SOUTHEAST / MORAN PRAIRIE (Z0NE 22)
The northern edge is 37th Avenue. The eastern boundary is Custer Street until the southern city limits (south of 44th Lane), where the line moves cross-country to Havana Street. The border on the south also follows the city limits. Between Havana and Freya, this is cross-country at around 49th Avenue. Between Freya and Regal, the limit is 44th Avenue, but it also includes part of the Palouse Highway. From Regal, the line continues west somewhat south of 50th Avenue. Before it gets to Crestline, it moves south to include Stone Street and Lee Circle. At Crestline, the boundary becomes 53rd Avenue. The perimeter on the west is Perry Street.

SACAJAWEA / MANITO COUNTRY CLUB (Z0NE 23)
To the north, 29th Avenue is the margin. The eastern boundary is Regal Street until 37th Avenue where it becomes Perry Street. 54th Avenue is the southernmost limit. To the west, the border follows Hatch Road to High Drive to Bernard Street.

SOUTHWEST / LATAH VALLEY / INDIAN CANYON (ZONE 24)
The northern perimeter follows Indian Canyon Drive to Greenwood Road then proceeds cross-country to Government Way. To the east, the border trails Government Way to I-90, then the rim of the cliff to 17th Avenue where it joins High Drive. After that it continues south on Hatch Road. The southern edge is the city limits, which runs cross-country from Hatch Road to Jameson Road. The western margin lies along Cedar Road to south of Eagle Ridge Blvd. where it zig-zags cross-country to the Cheney Spokane Road. North of Qualchan Drive, the line once again runs off-road until it connects with 44th Avenue. At Dorset road, the boundary takes a compass north to where 25th Avenue would be, then moves west to south of Beard Drive. From Beard Drive, it jogs along Garden Springs Road to I-90. From I-90 it juts off-road to the west then pursues Assembly Street and Assembly Road before it connects with Indian Canyon Drive.
