| A
24-hour worship God Agenda Encounter is coming to the Inland Northwest. Leaders
and worship teams from across the region will be facilitating this time to honor
the King. It will be Friday and Saturday November 17th and 18th from 7:00 p.m.
to 7:00 p.m. here in Spokane Washington at Fourth Memorial Church, 2000 N. Standard. "During
these 24 hours we will forsake our personal agendas and seek only God's agenda,"
said Dan Grether, one of the coordinators for this God Agenda Encounter. "What
worship will please God? What prayer is on God's heart? Is there any repentance
called for by heaven? We will be listening with open ears and hearts, ready to
obey as He leads." "Our hope," continued Grether, "is
that by following God's agenda we will be privileged to encounter God Himself,
that the sweet savor of our worship will attract the presence of the Lord of glory,
and that He will powerfully share His heart, mind and purposes for His Church
in this region with us." There will be 24-hours of worship with communion
and offerings to the Lord every three hours. All Christians in the greater Spokane-Coeur
d'Alene region are invited to participate. People may come and go as they please-even
five minutes with the Lord can transform. Pastor Keith Abrahams of Harvest
Community Church in Chilliwack Canada-the spark behind the encounter-now comes
to this region to introduce the God Agenda Encounter to the United States. He
has led similar encounters in The Netherlands and Vancouver B.C. The growing
