Mission
Spokane held
a Pastors' Prayer Summit Monday through Thursday, January
27- 30, 2003 at Pinelow Park north of Deer Park, WA.
Pastors are renewed, invigorated, refreshed, cleansed,
inspired, given new direction from the Lord and generally
charged up to go back into the ministry and spiritual
battle with strength.
Glen
Weber, pastor of Spirit of Grace Fellowship, wrote...
"I spent four days with over 30 Spokane ministers
at our annual Pastors' Prayer Summit at Pinelow. We
had a wonderful time and the Lord met us in amazing
ways."
"On
Wednesday evening we had a time when it seemed that
God was calling us to go to Spokane and prayer walk
around the heart of Spokane. After some time of "discerning"
what was intended, it was decided that as soon as we
were concluded with the Summit on Thursday we would
do a "Jericho march" around the center block of the
downtown area of Spokane. The
center point of the downtown area is the spot where
the Mustard Seed restaurant used to be across the street
from the DoubleTree Hotel. So over 20 of us walked around
that block seven times and then sang Victory In Jesus
and Pastor Ezra Kinlow invited Jesus to come to Spokane
as He is in over 175 other locations around the world
- bringing transformation."
