Testimonies

Encouraged and refreshed to be more diligent at building bridges among the churches, but even more in the market place.

A Pastor of the Vineyard

I’m involved with an outreach in an area stricken with poverty and violence. This prayer summit has greatly impacted my life. I am more committed to believing God for a complete turn-around of our community. The friendship I’ve gained with other leaders/pastors is refreshing and encouraging and I am awed with what God has, through His Holy Spirit, done in our hearts.

A House Church Pastor

This was amazing to say the least and has answered many prayers. I am leading a new ministry (ROCK: Reign of Christ’s Kingdom) and involved with intercession and several churches in the Cheney area. I will be heading off to Multnomah Seminary next Fall and truly pray that I will see God move in Cheney before I leave.

A Campus Crusade leader and intercessor

This has been a time of giving, receiving, caring and inspiring of each other! I am encouraged and enriched through all the different ways we interact at these prayer summits. We need more pastors and church leaders to come and “taste and see”!

An Assembly of God Pastor

This summit proved to be a timely place to meet with God and find refreshing, renewed vision and confirmation in several areas that will be getting immediate attention at home and at my church. Thank God for the time away in His presence.

An Independent Charismatic Church Pastor

Great occasion with other pastors and church leaders to rest in Him through prayer and song, then to engage God in a new vision for me and our church as we return to serve.

A Community Church Pastor

God faithfully meets with us when we purpose to put all else away from our attention. This time was a great blessing because God’s glory, when revealed, reminds us and resets us for His purpose in making Himself known through us in the places He has placed us.

A House Church Pastor

I am in an outreach ministry and have been praying about Isaiah 58 for a year and on the last hour God spoke that vision out.

An Associate Pastor

The presence of the heart of the Father manifested in the pastors as they opened up their hearts to me. I was greatly blessed and felt greatly accepted.

A Young Leader in Training

Being so used to my own way of ministering the Lord challenged me to pray the blessing of the Holy Spirit on all the participants’ way of ministering. Boy, did I get blessed!

An Independent Community Church

Quite likely the best prayer summit I’ve been on, though it was only for 1 ½ days. I appreciated that there was more structure, and, I believe, greater substance. Spending time reflecting on humility was challenging and helpful. I am moved and strengthened by others’ prayers for me; they spoke to a core issue in my life. It was great also to connect with a couple of other pastors on a personal level. Dennis Fuqua did a marvelous job as our facilitator. He was gracious, yet firm. He really seemed led by the Holy Spirit. I would be delighted if he would lead us again. (Note: I honestly didn’t want to come, but felt I should as part of Mission Spokane. In the end, I’m so glad I came.)

A Presbyterian Pastor

What a good and faithful God. As He draws us into His presence, He shares Himself with us in healing, deliverance and revelation. I came with two requests. He granted both.

A Free Methodist Church Associate Pastor

The greatest impact on me this prayer summit came when the Lord challenged me through Philippians 2 to be a bond-slave of the Lord Jesus Christ obedient to death. This command sunk in deeply and was sealed when brothers and sisters came around me to pray.

A Ministry Leader

The next Pastors Prayer Retreat - May 3 and 4, Riverview Bible Camp, Cost will be $45. Starting time 10:00 AM Monday, concludes after lunch on Tuesday. One night and 4 meals included in the price.
